We aim to support and nurture the mental health and wellbeing of entrepreneurs, and small and medium business owners in County Durham.

Business owners and entrepreneurs face unique challenges that can take a heavy toll on their mental health. The pressures of managing finances, navigating uncertain markets, and balancing personal and professional responsibilities can often lead to stress, anxiety, and burnout.

Through education, training, and consultation, our mission is to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health and provide you with the tools to run your business with a clear mind. We work tirelessly to confront the stigma associated with mental health challenges and we are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where you can thrive. Qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, MSc Health Psychology, and a BSc Psychology with Sociology. Supported by Directors with BA Business Marketing and Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Leadership.
